Ukraine Targets Russia's Fuel Delivery System

Ukraine's drones hit the pipelines that deliver finished fuel to Russian civilians and military—not the refineries that make it. This is more crippling: finished-fuel pipes can't easily substitute supply routes or store large reserves the way raw oil can. The strategy forces Russia to burn through stockpiles faster than production can replace them.
