Israel Shares Military Records to Prosecute Activists in Europe

Israeli military is handing over documents and financial records from Gaza to prosecutors in Germany and Denmark, who are using them to charge Palestinian activists with supporting Hamas. The problem: evidence gathered by the military during wartime may be incomplete or kept secret by Israel. Lawyers defending these activists can't easily challenge whether the evidence is real or tells the full story.
