Most Plants Scientists Haven't Found Yet Could Already Be Dying Out

Researchers at Kew Gardens estimate that 75% of plant species not yet discovered by science are likely to disappear before scientists can even name them. Scientists add only a few hundred plant species to official records each year, so conservation efforts built on complete inventories can't keep pace with extinction.
