Intelligence agencies say Russia behind fires at buildings linked to PM Starmer

British and Ukrainian intelligence agencies believe Russia deliberately started fires at buildings connected to Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer. The fires are part of a larger Russian campaign to damage Britain. Five men were convicted in October 2025 for one London fire that prosecutors said Russian agents had orchestrated.
