Salesforce Buys AI Agent Company for $3.6 Billion

Salesforce is buying Fin, a company that builds AI assistants for business tasks, for $3.6 billion. Salesforce has its own AI tools but decided buying Fin is faster than building from scratch. Microsoft, Google, and ServiceNow are already embedding AI assistants into their platforms, so Salesforce moved quickly to catch up.
