YouTube now requires creators to stay active to earn money

YouTube will require existing paid creators to keep making videos to earn money. They need 1,000 viewing hours per year, one million short-video views yearly, or must post two regular videos or five short clips every 90 days. Previously, no minimum was set. Creators inactive for six months face removal. Timing for enforcement was not detailed.
