Spain limits fires and park visits before solar eclipse as drought raises wildfire risk

After Spain's driest, hottest July ever, Environment Minister Sara Aagesen said "the smallest spark could lead to devastating forest fires." Police expect 1.5 million extra car trips, which could block emergency vehicles.
