U.S. Natural Gas Futures Hit $2.653, Extending Summer Slide to 15.7%

CME's NGU26 Henry Hub contract traded at $2.653 per MMBtu on August 7, 2026 — below the July 16 two-month low settlement of $2.888 (Reuters) and down roughly 15.7% from the June 17 close near $3.145 (WSJ).
