Man Found Dead at Sydney Property Where Eight Dogs Were Unregistered and Unmicrochipped

A 23-year-old man was found dead with significant injuries at a rural property in Eschol Park, Sydney, on 7 August 2026. NSW Police say he may have been attacked by animals. About eight dogs lived at the property; none were registered or microchipped, leaving them entirely outside NSW's regulatory framework for tracking ownership and identifying dangerous animals. Campbelltown City Council is assisting police.
