Woman charged after four men stabbed in back with scissors in Covent Garden

Stella Gollovena, 47, of no fixed address, appeared at Highbury Corner magistrates court on 6 August 2026, charged with four counts of wounding with intent and one count of possessing an offensive weapon — a pair of scissors — in public. Four men aged 34–56 were stabbed in the back in Covent Garden on 5 August. All were discharged from hospital. Gollovena entered no pleas and was remanded to Snaresbrook crown court on 3 September 2026.
