Reform UK proposes criminal liability for company bosses over illegal migrant workers

Reform UK pledged to make chief executives and directors of large companies personally and criminally liable for employing illegal migrants, even if unaware of workers' status, under a strict liability model mirroring Financial Conduct Authority rules.
