Government launches 50-action mental health plan with AI navigation tool

Mental Health Minister Matt Doocey launched the government's 50-action mental health plan at Parliament under the Pae Ora Act. The plan will introduce an "AI Navigation" tool to help people access mental health and addiction services. It follows Doocey's July announcement that youth mental health wait times will be publicly reported. Providers broadly welcomed the plan.
