Convicted Felon Charged With Arson for Spokane's Largest Wildfire

Spokane County arrested Aaron Farinacci, 37, on August 3 and charged him with first-degree arson for allegedly starting the Old Trails fire, the largest of three major blazes scorching over 10,000 acres countywide. He denies setting the fire and is held on $1 million bail.
