Tudehope admitted leaking confidential branch-stacking report to Reformers figure at ICAC

Counsel assisting Peggy Dwyer SC produced an email showing former NSW Liberal finance minister Damien Tudehope sent a leaked draft parliamentary report on Reformers branch stacking to Jeremy Greenwood — a Reformers figure who'd refused to give evidence to that inquiry. Tudehope's reply: "It appears that I did." He has stood down as shadow attorney-general.
