Cameroon's Biya, 92, governs from Geneva for nearly 60 days amid health speculation

Cameroon's 92-year-old President Paul Biya has governed from Geneva since 7 June, signing military reshuffle decrees and loan authorizations remotely while health speculation swirls. The government says he is alive and will return soon. A vice-presidency created in April remains unfilled.
