Two charged with threatening Mississippi officials in Nolan Wells death probe

Michelle Edwards of Ohio and Joseph Dumarce of California face federal charges of transmitting interstate threats against Mississippi public officials tied to the Nolan Wells investigation. Wells, an 18-year-old Black college freshman, died after a July 4 boat trip to Horn Island. An independent autopsy lists cause and manner of death as "undetermined, pending investigation."
