Sudanese Army Drone Strike on Darfur Traditional Court Kills 35

Sudanese army drones struck a traditional court session under a tree in Garra al-Zawaya, North Darfur, on August 2, killing at least 35 people, including four tribal leaders and two RSF commanders, per Emergency Lawyers. The RSF-controlled village lies 150 km west of el-Fasher. The court resolved local and tribal disputes — one of few functioning civilian institutions in the region.
