Trump Says He May Pull Blanche's Attorney General Nomination Until January

President Trump said he may withdraw Todd Blanche's nomination for Attorney General and resubmit it in January, when he expects an easier path through the Senate, NPR reported July 31. The threat targets Republican senators blocking the nomination. The Senate committee vote was scrapped after two GOP senators withheld support. Blanche continues serving as acting Attorney General.
