Trump Claims Gaza Disarmament Deal, But Hamas and Israel Disagree on Who Goes First

Trump announced July 31 that a "Board of Peace" reached an agreement for Hamas's "COMPLETE DISARMAMENT" and Israeli withdrawal from Gaza, phased so disarmament precedes withdrawal.
