
Solar review: 15 recommendations could deliver $28–50m in net benefits, Seymour says households could save over $1,000 a year
The Ministry for Regulation has published a review with 15 recommendations to streamline residential and small-to-medium solar uptake in New Zealand. It estimates net benefits of $28–50 million over 10 years. Minister for Regulation David Seymour said most households could save more than $1,000 a year on electricity. The Ministry expects all 15 recommendations could be implemented within 18 months.
