Graham on Iran War: "I Almost Cried," Claims He Personally Persuaded Trump to Strike
Documentary footage released July 26 and shot by filmmaker Alex Holder over three years shows the late Senator Lindsey Graham telling a film crew he "almost cried" with joy after US-Israeli strikes killed Iran's Supreme Leader on February 28. Graham called his war advocacy "the best thing I've ever done" and claimed he personally persuaded Trump to launch the attacks despite opposition from Trump's inner circle. Graham died July 11 at 71.
