Convicted Cellmate Killer Found Guilty of Two Earlier Cornwall Murders, Faces Whole-Life Order

A jury at Winchester Crown Court convicted James Desborough, 40, of murdering Claudio Aquilino, 57, and Daniel Coleman, 43, whose dismembered and burnt bodies were found near his off-grid shack in south Cornwall. Desborough was already serving a life sentence for killing his cellmate at HMP Exeter. Mr Justice Saini called the circumstances "unique" and indicated a whole-life order is under consideration at sentencing.
