Firearms Safety Authority rebukes lobby group COLFO over 'inflammatory' police bullying claims

Firearms Safety Authority acting director Superintendent Bruce Bird has told RNZ he is "incredibly disappointed" by the Council of Licensed Firearms Owners' "inflammatory position" on police bullying of licence holders. Bird said COLFO represents less than 5% of New Zealand's 220,000 firearms licence holders and relies on a "non-scientific questionnaire" via Facebook.
