Vodafone Settles £85m Franchisee Claim Without Trial or Liability Admission

Vodafone settled a High Court claim by 62 former franchisees—nearly 40% of its franchise network—who alleged the company unjustly enriched itself by up to £85m via commission cuts, punitive fines, and incentivised clawbacks.
