FIFA declines to act over Argentina's Falklands banner despite prior £20,000 fine for same slogan

ESPN noted FIFA previously fined the Argentine FA £20,000 for the same slogan at a friendly. UK Business Secretary Peter Kyle had called the banner "an egregious violation" and said an investigation was "certain to happen."
