Australian Police Release Children's Clothing Images to Identify 16 Remaining Victims in Childcare Abuse Case

Australian Federal Police on July 16, 2026 released images of children's clothing — including a dinosaur-print puffer jacket and patterned shorts and T-shirts — seized from devices belonging to Hamish Tait, 35, who faces 329 charges. Sixteen children photographed at Sydney childcare centres between 2018 and 2023 remain unidentified. Tait worked at or visited 62 centres.
