Activist Sonam Wangchuk on Day 19 of Indefinite Hunger Strike Demanding India's Education Minister Be Removed

Engineer and reform advocate Sonam Wangchuk has fasted for 19 days at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi, demanding the removal of India's education minister over recurring exam paper leaks. He has lost over nine kilograms and is under round-the-clock medical supervision with deteriorating health. Wangchuk says he will not end the fast until his conditions are met.
