Angus Taylor says he has "never supported" gender quotas after a party discussion paper canvassing them circulated on July 15. Deputy leader Jane Hume declined to rule quotas out: "we'll consider all of the options." Shadow minister Anne Ruston went further, urging "urgency" and saying "listening isn't enough."
