
Ann Widdecombe's final interview defended Farage's Clacton bid
Ann Widdecombe, 78, former Conservative minister and Reform UK spokeswoman, died after being found with serious injuries at her Dartmoor home on Thursday. Devon and Cornwall Police launched a murder investigation; a 26-year-old man is in custody. Her last public appearance came a day earlier on TalkTV's The Mike Graham Show, where she called Nigel Farage's re-election bid in Clacton "the right course to take."
