Xreal A01 Plus AR Glasses Launch at $299, Undercutting 1S by $150

Xreal released the A01 Plus AR glasses on July 10 at $299, a $150 reduction from its $449 flagship 1S model. The device weighs 62 grams, more than 20 grams lighter than the 1S. Both use micro OLED panels at 1080p with 120Hz refresh rates. The A01 Plus drops electrochromic lenses and three-degrees-of-freedom screen stabilization, replacing them with swappable tinted shells and software smoothing. The price point makes capable AR displays accessible to a broader market segment previously priced out of the 1S.
