ICC Internal Investigation Substantiates Sexual Harassment Against Chief Prosecutor Khan

An internal disciplinary file has concluded that ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan engaged in sexual harassment involving a female staff member, The New York Times reported July 8. The confidential report now goes to ICC member states for consideration of potential removal proceedings. Khan has denied the allegations. The complaint first surfaced internally in May 2024.
