Airbnb Bans Time-Consuming Chores in House Rules for Bookings From November 20

Airbnb is banning hosts from including time-consuming chores in house rules, and from adding such rules in guest messages or on property signs. The policy covers reservations booked on or after November 20. Hosts cannot ask guests for tasks requiring significant effort or time, or that a cleaner would typically perform. Some hosts argue the limits pose health risks.
