
Medical Groups Press Burnham to Kill US Drug Deal Before It Kills Patients
Nineteen health organizations and doctors' groups, coordinated by the SOS NHS coalition, have written to Andy Burnham urging him to scrap the UK-US medicines trade deal signed in December 2025. The timing is deliberate: Burnham is expected to become prime minister within weeks.
