1,800 Louisville Voters Got Wrong Ballots Due to Clerk's Office Error

Louisville Public Media's investigation found that voters from more than 1,800 households cast incorrect ballots across multiple elections because the Jefferson County Clerk's office miscoded precinct assignments. The error went undetected for years until twelve voters received wrong ballots in the May primary. NPR amplified the finding July 6. A full audit determining affected races remains unfunded.
