UK Mobile Coverage Ranks 57th Globally, Worse Than All EU and G7 Peers

A Which? analysis based on Opensignal data published on 5 July shows UK mobile network performance trailing every EU member state and all six other G7 economies. The UK ranks 70th globally for download speeds and 55th for consistent quality. More than one-third of UK customers reported service problems in the past 12 months, underscoring the gap between what consumers pay and what they receive.
