Farage's undisclosed support from convicted fraudster under scrutiny
Nigel Farage received substantial undisclosed support from George Cottrell, a convicted US federal inmate and British aristocrat, the Sunday Times reported. Cottrell funded luxury accommodation near Buckingham Palace, security staff, and paid a £55,000 salary to Farage's social media manager. Only two minor donations appear in Parliament's register. Farage's spokesman denied rule-breaches. The Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards may investigate whether registration requirements were met.
