Hipkins rules out Greens and Te Pāti Māori for major ministerial roles

Labour leader Chris Hipkins has ruled out the Greens and Te Pāti Māori from major ministerial roles. He made the commitment during the NZ Herald leaders' debate with National leader Christopher Luxon on 14 October. I see this narrowing his post-election options under MMP.
