MI5 chief backs Burnham on 2019 Russian hack and leak

MI5 chief Sir Ken McCallum said he agreed strongly with Prime Minister Andy Burnham that there was a hack and leak during the 2019 general election campaign. He spoke after his annual speech at MI5's London headquarters. Sir Ken said there is an important difference between interference attempted and outcome swayed.
