Jhon Arias scored in the 14th minute at Kansas City Stadium to send Colombia past Ghana 1-0 in the World Cup Round of 32 on July 4. The goal came from a Luis Suárez cross moments after Suárez entered as substitute for injured Jhon Cordoba. Ghana's Lawrence Ati Zigi made three saves to keep the deficit narrow. Colombia now faces Switzerland in Vancouver on Tuesday, a matchup expected to test their depth more rigorously than Ghana did.
