Trump announces Russian diesel deal as oil prices fall

President Trump announced an agreement with Vladimir Putin to buy Russian diesel fuel. Diesel futures fell about 4.5% to $4.67 a gallon after his post, the Wall Street Journal reported, and crude declined in early Asian trade Oct. 12 on hopes the supply could ease global shortages.
