Kaptur says in ad she voted with Republicans on transgender school and sports issues

Rep. Marcy Kaptur, the longest-serving woman in congressional history, released a video ad saying she voted with Republicans to keep transgender ideology out of schools because parents know what's best for their kids. The Ohio Democrat says in the ad that boys should not play in girls' sports.
