Badenoch ratings outpace Conservative Party, Survation finds

Survation said 42% thought Kemi Badenoch is doing well as Conservative leader, with 33% saying not, in polling on 22-23 September. The BBC said her personal ratings are higher than her party's, while the party shows no similar improvement. C-SPAN said she addressed the party's annual conference in Birmingham on 7 October.
