Google Launches Playground for No-Code, Prompt-Built Browser Games

Google announced Playground, a browser-based platform that generates playable games from natural-language prompts with no coding required. Available in the US to users 18 and older at playground.google, it supports conversational iteration on physics, rules, characters and environments. It runs Gemini, Nano Banana and Lyria paired with a custom harness for playability.
