Pain specialists call for free shingles vaccine for all over-65s

The New Zealand College of Anaesthetists' Faculty of Pain Medicine is calling for the shingles vaccine to be free for everyone over 65, chair Charlotte Hill said. Health New Zealand recommends the two-dose vaccine for over-50s, but public funding is limited to the year people turn 65.
