Dual UK-Iranian National Arrested Over Suspected RAF Fairford Plot

Counter-terrorism police arrested a 27-year-old dual UK-Iranian national in Westminster on Thursday on suspicion of preparing terrorist acts linked to RAF Fairford. Officers searched two properties; a 26-year-old UK national was questioned under caution. It follows Sunday's detention of five men near the base over suspicious vans, later released on bail.
