Anthropic seeks 50.1% founder voting control ahead of IPO

Anthropic is asking shareholders to approve special shares giving CEO Dario Amodei and six co-founders combined 50.1% voting control on most corporate matters ahead of its IPO. The shares carry no extra economic value and persist while at least three founders retain a minimum stake.
