Meta unveils $1,299 VR Glasses with tethered compute puck

Meta unveiled Meta VR Glasses, a $1,299 mixed reality device, according to Sept. 24 hands-on account. Instead of a new Quest headset, the company showed a more portable but less immersive device built around a tethered compute puck handling processing, memory and storage.
