
Labour rules out bringing back landlord interest deductibility ban
Labour says it would not bring back its phase-out of interest deductibility for landlords if it returns to government. RNZ reported the party had phased out the amount of interest investors could claim against rental income, before the current Government overturned the change. Investors can now claim 100 percent, according to Cotality.
