Nurse Sandie Peggie accuses Royal College of Nursing of discrimination

Nurse Sandie Peggie told a Dundee tribunal she felt "discriminated against" by the Royal College of Nursing, arguing it failed to support her changing-room complaint because of her "gender-critical and sex realist" beliefs. The case concerns sharing a women's room at Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy with Dr Beth Upton. The RCN denies all allegations. Hearing expected to last seven days.
