U.S., Denmark and Greenland Agree on Expanded U.S. Military Presence

The United States, Denmark and Greenland have agreed for the United States to develop a significant military presence on Greenland, Reuters reported. Denmark said NATO shares responsibility for Arctic security under the deal. The open question is how expanded U.S. access fits within alliance command arrangements.
